Andhra Pradesh exhibitors' thumbs up to Kamal's DTH experiment

Theatre owners in Tamil Nadu may be angry with Kamal Hasan for deciding to release his movie 'Vishwaroopam' through direct-to-home (DTH) but in Andhra Pradesh, exhibitors have no problem about it.

A safe formula has reportedly been worked out for the film's business wherein exhibitors will not suffer any loss for screening the movie when it has a theatrical release. The movie, it is learned, will be released through a distribution house belonging to Dasari Narayana Rao, in Andhra Pradesh, and neither distributors nor exhibitors stand any risk of suffering losses. The profits, however, will be shared by the producer, distributors and exhibitors.
